TERMS & CONDITIONS

Guarantee

We guarantee our products and we want you to be satisfied with your order.  If you are not completely satisfied with an item, return it unused, post paid within 10 days, and we will refund your money.  An Invoice Number must accompany all returns.   If you order an item
and want to exchange for another item, we will accommodate your request but must charge a 25% restocking charge because of overhead costs involved.  Upon receipt of an order, please check items against the enclosed invoice to assure you received all items you ordered and for which you were billed.  When unpacking, please check all packing carefully to make sure you have found all items enclosed.  We work hard at making sure all items are easily found and can be found when unpacking, however, some items are very small and easily missed.   All claims for discrepancies or damage must be made in writing or by fax within 7 days of receipt of order.  Please include the Invoice Number of your order in your correspondence. 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order including freight.  Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, personal check or money order. 

Because of the varied and often quite high transaction fees involved, we can only accept U.S. currency or checks drawn on a U. S. bank.  Please allow sufficient funds to cover freight, especially with checks and money orders.  All orders will be subject to a minimum charge of $8.30 for shipping and handlingPlease note that this is the minimum charge, additional charge will be made to cover additional freight charges, insurance etc.  All shipments are insured when shipped within the U. S.  Most overseas shipments can no longer be insured with many shippers.  Packages go USPS Priority Mail, unless size and weight make this impossible.  Please be aware that shipping pricing

is very dynamic and may change on very short notice.  If you have a special requirement, please advise with your order.   Please note that UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.   Any funds remitted which are in excess of freight charges will be returned.  As of January 1, 2017, please add 6% sales tax to your order.               

Prices

We will make every attempt to maintain prices listed in our current price list, however, due to changing outside markets, our prices are

subject to change without notice.  In an ongoing program to improve serviceability and manufacturability, we reserve the right to alter specifications without notice. 

Foreign Orders

Payment for foreign orders must be by money order in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank or by Visa or MasterCard.  Please include enough

for freight.  Any excess will be credited to your account.
